- To protect college brand integrity and trademark protections, users may not upload 海角直播 logos, including the hawk owl, wordmarks, mascots, graphic elements, institutional photography, video or other branded assets into third-party AI applications to generate new logos, illustrations, stylized imagery or other derivative visual assets.
- All visual materials representing 海角直播 must comply with the college's and guidelines. If there is a question, 海角直播 Public Relations, Marketing & Communications makes the final determination.
- Using AI tools with 海角直播 brand assets is permissible in 海角直播 institutionally-recommended tools as defined in such as Canva accounts (created by PRMC), Gemini or Gemini Notebook, as long as the assets are kept in their original form and no brand variations are generated .
